Unit #728 is designated for a dental office. The floor plan has not been built yet. The tenant will have a choice between layout 1 and layout 2 shown above, and we will build the preferred floor plan layout accordingly at our expense. The tenant will be responsible for all other installations and additions thereafter.
Layout 2 features an office. Layout 1 replaces this space with a storage closet.
